[EL] Ballot initiatives on election law issues

Hi everyone,

I'm compiling a list of voter referenda this year specifically on election
rules.  Here is my list so far:

-Maine -- ranked choice voting
-Missouri -- constitutional amendment to allow voter ID
-Alaska -- expand voter registration opportunities
-San Francisco -- expand voter eligibility to those 16 and older for all
elections; noncitizens for school board elections
-Howard County, MD -- public financing for local elections

If you know of others on the ballot this November can you let me know?
