Maybe I was wrong to assume you wouldn't mind me posting that. But indeed I
kept my word not to disclose any opinions, as you didn't share any. I
didn't explicitly promise to keep being rebuffed in confidence. Those were
some great prescriptions that probably could have given a lot more
attention. I don't suppose you could put this response on the list. I take
it I've been removed after some 6-7 years, as I only saw your reply in the
online archive. (Feel free to put me back, if you can give appropriate
value to robust discourse, or at least forward this response). -Tom

(I didn't mean to insult you, Rick; I meant to insult everyone equally who
does not afford sufficient attention to ranked choice voting reforms
("insult" isn't the right word, I'm going for humor)).
