[EL] looking for someone with extraordinary files for old decisions

On September 26, 1980, a US District Court in Atlanta put John Anderson on the ballot.  Anderson v Poythress, northern district, C80-1671A.  The decision is not reported.  I have always had a copy of the 14 pages (legal size paper) but I lost page 14.  I probably left it in a copy machine.  It is not on Westlaw or Lexis, I am told by someone who searched, and Pacer doesn't go back that far.

Does anyone know of any place that might have it, other than the National Archives in Atlanta?  The US District Court no longer has it; it shipped the file to the Atlanta National Archives.  The National Archives will charge me $90 minimum, probably more, to retrieve it.  John Anderson's attorney, Mitch Rogovin, died in 1996.
