[EL] Twitter sues - and Seth Waxman urges protection for anonymous speech

rights-oriented, not marketplace-oriented; itself a key distinction).

I have long believed the informational interest is, too often, the
"retribution interest," and less so the "enlighten-me interest" --
particularly outside the context of candidate-centered speech; and
particularly bad when the retribution is from officials.

But I cannot say where I am on the Twitter matter: I am not familiar with
Seth's case.
