[EL] Gill v. Whitford: Amicus signatures needed by Thursday

Dear colleagues:

I'm commencing the wide-distribution phase of what will necessarily have 
to be a speedy effort to gather signatures for my amicus brief in Gill 
v. Whitford in support of plaintiff-appellees. The brief urges deference 
to the Panel's analysis of the scientific evidence under the 
discriminatory effect and justification prongs.

I hope you'll consider signing and/or suggesting other signatories. 
Unfortunately, at this point I can only consider suggestions for minor 
changes. The deadline for signatures will be 5 p.m. EDT this THURSDAY, 
8/31, for a filing early next week.
