[EL] Emoluments Clause

Is there anyone on this listserv with whom I can speak about general
questions about the Emoluments Clause.  I am a legal fellow for a senator
and am trying to wade through what obstacles, beyond standing and a
political question bar to a decisions on the merits may exist.
