[EL] Veasey excerpt, anyone?

Happy new year to all.

I’m just gearing up to teach election law this semester, and I was wondering: does anybody have an excerpt of Veasey v. Abbott (the en banc 5th circuit decision from July) suitable for students that they would be willing to share?  

I think my students will be interested in this opinion but good lord it is long.
