[EL] Tracking partisanship in Congress

While not a partisan listing, Americans For Democratic Action (ADA) has 
released liberal rankings for Members of Congress since the late 1940s. 
While only a shell of its old self, ADA is still around. The 2015 rankings 
can be accessed here:

I recall that the American Conservative Union also issued a report, from 
the other perspective.
