[EL] Tracking partisanship in Congress

While it doesn't provide vote information on specific pieces of legislation, Voteview houses all of the DW Nominate scores measuring the partisanship of members of congress. They have data back to the 1st Congress and discuss their methodology on their webpage. (http://voteview.org/dwnomin.htm)
They also run a blog where they discuss partisanship of members based on findings from their data. (https://voteviewblog.com/)
