I did not mention this to the list.  But now that Brad has, it might be useful to mention that  I used a 10-minute excerpt from Brad Smith's talk on how the FEC handled the issue of Michael Moore's movie under BCRA, when Brad chaired the FEC, as a prelude to my teaching of Citizen's United this week.  I thought it worked extremely well as a way of giving students a larger context for thinking about Hillary:  The Movie.
