I have taught in the Business and Law schools for over 30 years, mostly at the University of Washington and the last 7 years in the UW School of Law.  I teach courses on Ethics, Law & Commerce.  I am the Chairman of the Board and lead investor in a company, Democracy Live.

We have a public sector side to our business, delivering technologies to make voting more efficient, less expensive, more transparent and accurate.  We are especially interested in modernizing the voting process to appeal to our next generations of voters. http://democracylive.com/
