[EL] Will Gorsuch Break With Scalia, Providing 2d (or 3d) Vote To Allow Flood of Undisclosed Money in Elections?

I watched a bit of the hearings yesterday (but  switched over to TCM to see something more uplifting — M) and recall Gorsuch following up by saying that the dark money issue was political rather than legal, and that the Court had made clear that disclosure was ok.  But my attention was divided
