[EL] Local independent redistricting commissions

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a list of cities that have adopted independent
redistricting commissions for their local governmental bodies (usually the
city council). I am aware of commissions in place or just adopted in the
following places:

-Austin
-San Diego
-Stockton, CA (advisory)
-Berkeley
-Sacramento
-Oakland

I'm sure there are others. I'm interested in ones that are independent of
the city council, not appointed by it (like in Los Angeles). Please email
me directly if you know of others.
