[EL] Query re Byrd Rule

            I am posting this query for a colleague, but if anyone can provide an answer I expect it will be of wide interest.  Namely, is there any published or available study of precedents under the Byrd Rule on the question of what content is permitted in legislation considered as part of reconciliation?
