[EL] Trump commission EO

Jon, why doesn't this Commission have co-chairs from both major parties, as
all previous election-related commissions did? It's not partisan to point
out that a representative of only one party is chairing this Commission.
Nor is it partisan to underscore the obvious conflict of interest in having
a sitting elected official -- let alone the sitting Vice President who will
be on the ballot in 2020 -- as the chair of a commission on voting and
elections. This isn't "what seems, or is expected, or rumored." Those are
the facts.
