The disorganization of DOJ is shown by the page you cited.
"The Division also makes announcements on Twitter, via @CivilRights and
@CivilRightsAAG," but the first has not tweeted anything since 18 Jan. The
second no longer exists.
So I tried to sign up for the newsletter and got thru the process to find
there is no newsletter.
