Tom Wheeler is from Indiana. I’ve litigated cases against him. If anyone wants further information, please send me a private message.

Justin,
The disorganization of DOJ is shown by the page you cited.
"The Division also makes announcements on Twitter, via @CivilRights and @CivilRightsAAG," but the first has not tweeted anything since 18 Jan. The second no longer exists.
So I tried to sign up for the newsletter and got thru the process to find there is no newsletter.

With respect to new filings, there's some general information about the Civil Rights Division here <http://There%27s%20some%20general%20information%20about> . That page includes information <https://www.justice.gov/crt/does-division-announce-cases-and-resolutions> on the announcement of newly filed cases and resolutions.

Hi, all. Two questions about DOJ:
1) I’m wondering who is filing which of the leading positions in DOJ regarding voting and civil rights (at least as far as those CRD leaders who might oversee voting). I haven’t seen a “leadership chart” on DOJ before, and the only name I see on the DOJ website is Tom Wheeler as Acting AAG for Civil Rights Division (I assume acting means temporarily promoted from within and not awaiting Senate approval or formal appointment?). So my question is: Who is filling acting or appointed, as well as continuing or even vacant, leadership roles on voting rights at DOJ right now in either the section or CR division?
2) Has the Voting Section filed any litigation or joined any suits since the start of the Trump Administration? I don’t see any recent activity listed, but not sure if they list them all.
Thanks for any thoughts.
