[EL] Election Law listserv housekeeping---downtime on Saturday for computer upgrade

The election law listserv will be down for some technical upgrades on Saturday. During that time, no messages will come through. Any messages sent Saturday should be queued to go out if sent during the downtime, but perhaps wait until the system is back up (I’ll send a message) before trying to post on Saturday.
