You can find the average efficiency gap, partisan bias, and mean-median
difference for Pennsylvania's 2000s plan on PlanScore
<https://planscore.org/pennsylvania/#!2002-plan-ushouse-eg>. The site
doesn't cover Indiana's 1980s plan because it used an odd mixture of
single-member and multimember districts.
