Greetings Election Law Listserv Colleagues,

Common Cause is looking to fill two election law-related positions.

We’re searching for a Money in Politics / Ethics Program Director<http://www.commoncause.org/about/opportunities/jobs/money-in-politics-and-ethics.html>, who will work with program, communication, and development staff to implement strategic campaigns that advance campaign finance and ethics reforms to make government work better for everyone. Policy reform priorities will include regulating financial conflicts of interest, revolving door restrictions, gift bans, pay-to-play restrictions, preventing foreign influence in U.S. elections and policymaking, small donor public financing, transparency/disclosure, and regulating sexual harassment by public officials as unethical conduct.

And we’re looking for a one-year, full-time, salaried Legal Fellow<http://www.commoncause.org/about/opportunities/jobs/legal-fellow.html> to begin in or before August 2018. This is a position suitable for a 3L graduating next month or other recent law school graduate. The Legal Fellow will work with legal, program, communication, and state staff to identify and manage legal research, litigation, and policy analysis needed to support Common Cause’s issue campaigns and strategic priorities, including fair representation, campaign finance reform, government ethics, voting rights, elections, redistricting, media law, and other good government issues.
