I am pleased to announced that * The Conservative Revolution of Antonin
Scalia*., edited by Howard Schweber, University of Wisconsin, Madison, and
me, is now out!  The book is published by Lexington Books and it features
chapters by leading political science and law professors on a variety of
topics.   I will simply say we have assembled some of the best Scalia and
public law scholars in the country to do this volume.   In my opinion, this
is the best book ever on Scalia and his legacy.

With the upcoming Supreme Court confirmation hearings we hope this book
will generate interest.
