[EL] Update on Iowa

Since I last wrote about the Iowa absentee ballot issue, the Court ordered the clerk to find out if those ballots without postmarks were mailed on time. 
29 of them were mailed on time, but they have still not been counted. Nonetheless, the Secretary of State is arguing against counting them because the marks were for discount mailing not a postmark, who cares if they give date information. 

Why is there such resistance to counting the votes?
