[EL] campaign finance texts for english learners?

Hi everyone,

I have a couple of LLM students in my Money in Politics (campaign finance) class who would benefit from a very basic text explaining the contours of campaign finance law in the United States.  If you have found one that you like, I’d love to share it with them.  Off-line replies are great.
