[EL] State level organizations working on election law issues

Hi everyone,

I'm currently writing a book on positive voting rights and election law
enhancements. The book will include an Appendix listing organizations
working on these issues. If you know of a state or local-level group that I
should include, please email me (off list). I am aware of the national
organizations but could use help finding the state local groups. My hope is
to have at least a few from each state.
