[EL] Alabama felon voting rights supplemental complaint

Yesterday plaintiffs in /Thompson v. Merrill/ filed a motion and 
supplemental complaint alleging that all Alabama citizens convicted of a 
felony before the Legislature passed a statute in 2017 identifying which 
felonies involve "moral turpitude" should now be entitled to vote.  The
