With regards to the Eric Wang item below on state candidates allegedly
being barred from "commenting on Trump," it's worth noting (because his
article did not) that in neither case did the FEC find the ad to be a
violation.

since sufficient federal funds were available, case should be dismissed
with prosecutorial discretion -- no finding that ad was a PASO),

number of votes to find violation or to dismiss).
