[EL] Coordination in practice

I'm hoping somebody can help me understand the coordination rules between
parties and candidates. For example, the RNC has been sending out emails
with the disclaimer: "Paid for by the RNC. Not authorized by any candidate
or candidate's committee." These same emails are signed by President Trump
and include a large header that reads "Authorized by Trump Headquarters."
(See images below).

I presume these emails have in fact *not* been authorized by President
Trump or his candidate committee. I also presume that a super PAC would not
be permitted use use a header that said "Authorized by [candidate's name]
Headquarters." Is this correct? Does enforcement of coordination rules
differ with respect to political parties in other ways? (My inquiry is not
specific to the RNC and Trump, only that these emails provide such a clear
example: "authorized by" in the header and "not authorized by" in the
footer).
