[EL] US Dist Ct won't interfere with Maine Ranked Choice counting

Thanks for flagging, Richard. It's a strong ruling. One good line: " I am
not persuaded that the United States Constitution compels the Court to
interfere with this most sacred expression of democratic will."

but we've reached the end of it - while some states are still getting their
"first choices" tallied.. Ballots are nearly all scanned, and ranked choice
voting tally (which is actually quite fast) expected within the hour.
