[EL] observation on major party national committee web page content on Judge Kavanaugh

I just went to the web page of the Republican National Committee to look up something that had nothing to do with Judge Kavanaugh.  When I went to the web page, I was surprised to see the most prominent message there, at the top, in the biggest print, was "Stand with Judge Kavanaugh."  A link for "more information" goes to a page that refers to him as "our nominee."  The web page is gop.com

Then I went to the Democratic National Committee web page (democrats.org) and the front message is also about Judge Kavanaugh.
