Apparently he is being paired with a Don Palmer nomination<https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/president-donald-j-trump-announces-intent-nominate-appoint-personnel-key-administration-posts-13/> from back in June.

No word on whether Commissioners Hicks and McCormick are being renominated.
