Good on Mueller. It would probably have ended 9-0.

All distinctions between bribery and the foreign contribution ban aside,
I’m willing to bet the same concern would come up across the board.
And--even if it was argued articulately and with the utmost
confidence--“Justice Breyer, well, it’s foreign. And, uh, it has value. And
don’t forget *Bluman*!” would not change the outcome.
