[EL] Teaching Materials Re: Calif Tax Return Law

I'm thinking of teaching on the controversy re: California's new law requiring presidential candidates to disclose their tax returns.  Does anyone have suggestions about good reading materials for both sides? I normally like to use primary source materials--cases and  briefs.  But as far as I know it's too early for that, right? Any suggestions welcome, on the list or offline.
