Over the last several months my firm and I have been filing and litigating a number of voting rights lawsuits on behalf of the Democratic Party, progressive groups, and individuals aimed at protecting the right to vote and ensuring fair maps in advance of the 2020 elections.



Currently, we are litigating more than 20 such cases in a dozen states.  If history is a guide, I expect the see additional and continued litigation aimed at combatting voter suppression and gerrymandering for 2020.
