[EL] IFES Event on Disinformation in Elections with Justice Valdez of Mexico

 In an event sponsored by IFES, Justice Valdez of Mexico’s Electoral
Tribunal of the Federal Judiciary will give a presentation on Thursday,
February 28, 2019 at 3pm in the Rayburn Building.  (See attached flyer.)
It should be an interesting discussion. I thought I'd send it along in case
members of the Listserv would like to attend.
