[EL] Planning an Election Sciences C-in-C at Southern Poli Sci Assn

Lia Merivaki (Mississippi State) and I are willing to organize a conference
within a conference for people doing work in election sciences, or on
election policy, administration and reform, at the Southern Political
Science Association in January 2020.  Previous iterations, organized by
Michael McDonald and Martha Kropf, were constructive gatherings, and we'd
like to keep open the SPSA opportunity for people studying elections to
share their work.

More details next week, but think about whether you'd like to participate,
and any thoughts you'd like to share.
