[EL] Public Ratification of State Constitutional Amendments: Timing

Election Law Colleagues:

Are referendums for state constitutional amendments always required to
be during the general election?

The relevant Book of the States tables don't have anything about that.

Is there a table of this somewhere, if there is variation from state to state?
