Demos is hiring for a Senior Policy Analyst to provide research, writing, and strategic expertise on democracy issues and political participation. This role will help support democracy campaigns of Demos' state and local partners, as well as analyze data on voting, money in politics, and political attitudes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of racial equity and will have demonstrated commitment to policies to build a multi-racial democracy.
