[EL] does anyone know the Florida bill number that cut back on voter registration for ex-felons?

I know from news stories that the Florida legislature passed the bill requiring ex-felons to pay restitution, court costs, penalties, etc., before they can register to vote.  But I can't find the bill number.  Originally those provisions were in Senate Bill 7086 and Senate Bill 7089, but the legislature's web page says they failed to pass.  Obviously the provisions were inserted into another bill just before the legislature adjourned Saturday.  That is very common in Florida.
None of the news stories seem to have the bill number.  Thank you.
