[EL] Candidate A in campaign finance case

I recognize there will never, ever be enough disclosure for many. But I
daresay requiring an inferential step or two by the citizens does not
threaten our democracy. Heck, inference, no matter how zany, is the
lifeblood of campaign finance disclosure.
