Hello all —

Last year, Missouri voters passed the Clean Missouri Amendment (Amendment 1) that enacted a number of legislative reforms in Jefferson City. One of the provisions in that measure, as part of the state’s new nonpartisan redistricting process, empowers the state’s nonpartisan state demographer to play a lead role in helping craft fair state legislative plans.

That position is now open for qualified applicants. Details on the position and instructions on how to apply are here: https://auditor.mo.gov/demographerapp. The deadline for submitting required materials is Wednesday, December 4.
