[EL] Over a decade after the MOVE Act, what's next for military/overseas voters?

It's been over a decade since the MOVE Act. In that time, I don't believe
Congress has enacted any other major legislation to assist
military/overseas voters. I'm curious about what's next in the UOCAVA
pipeline.
Subtitle J of H.R. 1 contains a few hints: it would amend UOCAVA to (among
other things) authorizing a private right of action, change the deadline to
mail ballots from 45 to 46 days before the election if the 45th day is a
weekend (which will be the case if, as is common, the election is held on a
Tuesday), and require the state to pay for express delivery for ballots
missing the 45-day/46-day deadline. I recently browsed some post-2009
committee hearings in which witnesses proposed allowing military voters to
request ballots using their Common Access Card or another secure military
system.
Are there any other major legislative proposals (or even minor legislative
fixes) being discussed or suggested for UOCAVA voters?
On- or off-list responses welcome. Thanks!
