[EL] Stanford Policy Lab Report on Signature Matching and Curing

Colleagues,

I wanted to alert you to a report issued today by students in my Law and
Policy Lab.  As it turned out, I had a group of students in the fall (!)
who were very interested in the issue of signature matching and mail
ballots.  (Their foresight was as suspicious as their enthusiasm for such a
narrow topic.)
