[EL] Banning Photographs In Voting Booth

I know I saw some good commentary and sources on the constitutionality of such bans circulating on this listserv around the time the New Hampshire federal district court invalidated such a law.  If someone has easy access to some pertinent material they can share offline or otherwise, I'd appreciate it.
