[EL] Could Kanye West become President?

The Forbes article about Kanye West is wrong (though not in any meaningful
way). The article states:

"When it was pointed out that he actually can’t win in 2020—that he won’t
be on enough ballots to yield 270 electoral votes, and that a write-in
campaign isn’t feasible—and thus was serving as a spoiler, West replied:
'I’m not going to argue with you. Jesus is King.' "

We all know that a candidate does not necessarily need 270 electoral votes
to become President. If no one gets 270, the decision would go to the
House. Being in the top three would be enough for West to be chosen by the
House. Of course that's not going to happen, but who could have predicted a
President Trump back when he first threw his hat in the ring (other than
maybe Scott Adams)?
