Hi all:
Findlaw has put together an excellent resource site on voting and state
voting laws. The URL is at https://www.findlaw.com/voting.html . I
consulted with them as they put together parts of this site.

There is also an interview with me on the electoral college located at this
URL. It provides some good information on the history of the institution,
how it works, a review of the debate on whether to keep or scrap it, and a
discussion of the recent Supreme Court decision on “faithless electors.”
Again, this might be a good resource for students.
