Greetings, all,

In this strange and challenging year for the USA, one aspect was that a
number of states had to move quickly to new rules for voting tied to
addressing the challenges of the pandemic - like changing dates of
primaries, changing polling places & protocols, and introducing expanded
absentee balloting. If anyone knows of studies on how voters handled these
changes and what was the most effective form and timing of voter education
for such changes, I'd be very interested in hearing from you off-list.

Thanks,
Rob
