[EL] The "alternate" Trump electors' "conditional" votes

There are reports that the Trump electors in the six key states (AZ, GA,
MI, NV, PA, WI)--Stephen Miller, the apparent architect of this plan,
called them "alternate" electors this morning--met at their respective
state capitol buildings today (well, outside them, anyway) to cast
"conditional" ballots for Trump, which they reportedly then sent to
Congress.

Does anyone have the language of the actual submissions to Congress from
these rogue Trump electors?

Thoughts on whether these ballots will even be opened and counted in
Congress on January 6, given that none of them is a "return or paper
purporting to be a return *from a State*" (3 USC 15)?
