Subject: [EL] Rucho Excerpt for 1L Con Law Class

I’m teaching a 1L Con Law course for the first time in the spring, and I was wondering if anyone has an edited version of Rucho v. Common Cause that they’d be willing to share. I plan to teach Rucho alongside Baker v. Carr, and the discussion will be focused more on non-justiciable political question doctrine than on its implications for election law more broadly. Thanks!

Stay well,
Travis
