I'm sure everyone has seen the headlines about the complaint against the Ohio speaker and associates. The full complaint is here: https://www.dispatch.com/news/20200721/ohio-bribery-case-read-documents

The most interesting piece deals with successful efforts (some allegedly illegal) to keep a referendum off the ballot. The efforts were successful in that the constitutional deadline for qualifying a referendum has passed. Supposing, hypothetically, that these allegations are proven, what sorts of judicial relief could be available for the proponents of the referendum?
