[EL] Clark County NV controversy over by-mail ballots

An unmentioned, but I think interesting, note about the story about the
voting controversy in Clark County Nevada: all seven Clark County
Commission members are Democrats

I believe the fact that the situation ended up with a lawsuit by the
Democratic Party (and others) against the all-Democratic County Board
reinforces just how complicated and difficult these issues.
